About Renuo
What is Renuo Co.?
A small US-based shop for simple tools that help you unwind at home. Right now that's a vibration plate for tired legs, a shiatsu chair massager and foot spa bundle, and a cordless scalp massager. No apps, no subscriptions, nothing to learn.
Do you actually use these?
Yes. Every product in the shop is one the founder bought and kept. The vibration plate and the chair massager and foot spa set are part of his own evenings.
Are these medical devices?
No. Everything we sell is an everyday relaxation tool, not a treatment, and we don't make health claims. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or have any concerns, check with your doctor before using a vibration plate or massager.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
The USA. We only work with US-based suppliers so your order isn't spending weeks in transit from overseas.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and most arrive within 4 to 7 business days of shipping. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
It's calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, and you'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We're US-only for now, and we can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders and returns
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a refund. Email us first with your order number and we'll send return instructions and the right warehouse address. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Something arrived damaged or isn't working. What do I do?
Email info@renuoco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll replace it or refund it, and we cover the return shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually help.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and every major card. We never see or store your card details.
Using the products
How do I use the vibration plate?
Plug it in, pick a low setting with the remote, and stand or sit with your feet on it. Start with 5 to 10 minutes and see what feels good. That's it.
Can I use the scalp massager in the shower?
Yes, it's waterproof and rechargeable. Use it dry or in the shower, whichever you prefer.
Does the foot spa heat the water?
No. It's a cordless, collapsible massage foot bath, so you fill it with water at whatever temperature you like and it does the massaging. It folds flat for storage.
