These terms apply to your use of renuoco.com and any purchase you make from Renuo Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell personal-use relaxation and massage products for the home. They are not medical devices and we make no medical claims about them. Product descriptions, photos and specifications come from the manufacturers and are provided as accurately as we can, but we don't guarantee they are error-free. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings that come with each product. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before using any massage or vibration product.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products, or availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including when a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Everything on this site, including text, images and the Renuo Co. name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and brand names belong to their respective manufacturers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renuo Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
