Renuo started with a long day and a vibrating pad.
I'm not a wellness guru. I work a full-time job, I've got a family, and most nights I get home with tired legs and a head that won't slow down. A few years ago I bought a vibration plate on a whim. I'm on my second one now. Fifteen minutes on it after work became the thing that actually let me switch off.
That's the whole idea behind Renuo Co. Simple, honest tools for unwinding at home. Nothing you have to learn. Nothing that needs an app, a subscription, or a 40-minute routine. You unbox it, plug it in, and exhale.
What we care about
It has to actually get used. If a product ends up in a closet after two weeks, it failed. Everything we carry is something you can fit into a real evening without thinking about it.
It has to be built to last. We'd rather carry a few things we trust than a hundred things we don't.
It has to be straight with you. We don't make medical claims. These aren't treatments and we won't pretend they are. They're tools for feeling a little more relaxed at the end of the day, and that's enough.
