Pursonic Vibration Plate – Stand On It and Let Your Legs Unwind
Ten minutes. No workout required.
This is the one I use. I'm on my second one. After a long day on my feet I stand on it next to the couch, pick a low speed, and let it shake the day out of my legs. Some nights I sit on the edge of the couch with just my feet on it. That's the whole routine.
It's sold as a fitness machine, and you can absolutely use it that way. The resistance bands clip on for arm work and the higher speeds will make squats and planks a lot harder. But most people who buy it from us aren't training. They're winding down.
What it does
- Adjustable vibration speeds, from a gentle hum to a full-body shake
- Wireless remote so you can change settings without bending down
- Non-slip platform that stays put on hard floors and carpet
- Quiet enough to use while someone else watches TV
- Compact, slides under a couch or against a wall when you're done
How to use it to unwind
Stand on it barefoot or in socks with your knees soft, not locked. Start on a low speed. Give it five to ten minutes. If you want more, sit with your feet flat on the plate, or step off and do a slow stretch while it runs.
In the box

This is a personal-use massage and exercise device, not a medical device. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before using any vibration platform.
